Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website, join our mailing list, or buy a ticket to a UKG Reunion event. Please read them before booking. By buying a ticket you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your booking.

Who we are

UKG Reunion is operated by Show Brunch Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 15951429), registered office 62 Green Lane, Windsor, England, SL4 3SA. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Show Brunch Ltd. You can reach us at info@ukgreunion.com.

Age policy

All UKG Reunion events are strictly 18+. You may be asked for valid photo ID showing your date of birth, such as a passport, UK driving licence or PASS-accredited card. If you cannot provide acceptable ID you may be refused entry, and no refund will be given.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through our ticketing provider, Ticket Tailor. Your booking is confirmed once payment is taken and your confirmation email is issued. Prices are shown at checkout and may include booking or transaction fees.

  • Keep your ticket safe. Each ticket has a unique code and will only be admitted once.
  • Tickets bought from unofficial sellers or resale sites may be invalid, and we cannot help if they are refused.
  • Tickets must not be resold for profit or used for competitions or promotions without our written permission.

Refunds, cancellations and changes

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as set out below. Because tickets are for leisure events on specific dates, the usual 14-day right to cancel online purchases does not apply.

  • If an event is cancelled, you will be offered a refund of the ticket price. Booking fees may be non-refundable.
  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will normally be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund of the ticket price within a reasonable period of the new date being announced.
  • Line-ups can change. Advertised artists are subject to change and are not a condition of sale. A change to the line-up, running order or set times is not on its own grounds for a refund.
  • We may change the venue, timings or capacity where we reasonably need to. We will tell ticket holders by email if we do.

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Ticket Tailor. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Entry and behaviour

Entry is subject to the venue’s own conditions of entry, including searches on arrival. We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who:

  • cannot show a valid ticket or acceptable proof of age;
  • appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or is carrying illegal substances or prohibited items;
  • behaves in a way that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening or unsafe to others.

No refund is given where someone is refused entry or removed for these reasons. Last entry times, if any, will be shown on the event page.

Photography and filming

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you accept that you may appear in photos or video that we use to promote UKG Reunion, including on our website and social media. If you would rather not appear, speak to a member of our team at the event or email us afterwards and we will do our best to help.

Your belongings and your safety

You are responsible for your own belongings. Loud music and lighting effects, which may include strobes, are used at our events. If you have any health concerns, please contact us before booking.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with an event is limited to the price you paid for your ticket, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as travel or accommodation costs.

If you join our mailing list, we will email you about ticket releases, new dates and UKG Reunion news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

This website

We try to keep event information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is always error-free. The UKG Reunion name, logo, artwork and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us as soon as possible at info@ukgreunion.com so we can put it right. Complaints about an event are best raised within 28 days of the event date.

Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you book is the one that applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
