Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This privacy policy explains how UKG Reunion collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website, join our mailing list, buy tickets or contact us.
Who we are
UKG Reunion is operated by Show Brunch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15951429), with its registered office at 62 Green Lane, Windsor, England, SL4 3SA.
Show Brunch Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, email us at info@ukgreunion.com.
The information we collect and why
Mailing list
When you sign up to our mailing list we collect your name, email address, date of birth and a record of your consent to receive emails from us.
- We use your name and email address to send you ticket releases, new event dates and UKG Reunion news. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
- We use your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or over, because our events are strictly 18+. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in only marketing age-restricted events to adults.
Buying tickets
Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor, whose booking widget appears on our event pages. When you buy a ticket, Ticket Tailor collects the details needed to process your order, such as your name, email address and order details, and shares them with us so we can manage entry to the event and contact you about your booking. Payments are handled by Ticket Tailor’s payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
Our lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (your ticket). We keep order records to meet our legal obligations, for example for tax and accounting. Ticket Tailor’s own privacy policy also applies to information you give during checkout.
Contacting us
If you email us, we use your name, email address and the contents of your message to respond. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in answering enquiries.
Using our website
Like most websites, our web server automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the site running, secure and protected against abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run UKG Reunion, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- SiteGround – website hosting, where our website and mailing list sign-ups are stored.
- Brevo – sending our mailing list emails.
- Ticket Tailor and its payment providers – ticket sales and payments.
- Google – delivering web fonts.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to the police or other authorities, or to protect the safety of our customers and events.
International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UK, for example in the European Economic Area or the United States. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum approved by the Information Commissioner.
How long we keep your information
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
- Ticket orders: for six years after the end of the financial year of the purchase, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Emails and enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and then for up to two years in case of follow-up questions.
- Server logs: for a short period in line with our hosting provider’s standard retention.
